Description

The pressure reducing valves made of dezincification-resistant brass protects domestic water systems against excessive water supply pressure. It can also be used for industrial and commercial applications with regards to the specifications. It reduces both the water consumption and the damage caused by overpressure. The set pressure can be maintained even when there are strong inlet-pressure fluctuations. By reducing and maintaining the operating pressure, noise from water hammer is minimised.
The application range comprises water, compressed air and nitrogen up to 40°C. The pressure reducer has a setting scale and a balanced single-seated valve. The spring cap and adjustment handle are made of high-quality plastic.
The valve insert made of corrosion-resistant plastic is exchangeable. The manometer connection of ¼" on both ends makes the installation very easy.
The sound-protected pressure reducer is DVGW type-tested in the connection sizes G ½" up to 2" and noise-tested in the connection sizes R ½" up to R 1", which are subject to testing. The DVGW registration number is DW 6330 AT 2314.
